Foilride offer lessons and sales with the amazing eFoil, an electric surfboard that flies above a hydrofoil wing. The eFoil is near silent and is charged with power from renewable sources. It is a great way to interact with our environment without imposing on it.

We have taught more students to fly than anyone, and our vast experience will get you foiling in no time. Think you won't be able to do it? Think again!

eFoil Experience £195 per person

This 3-hour course takes you from zero to hero! Four students, one efoil each, one instructor. We use the latest generation Lift 5!

Basic movements and safety are explained and practised on land in our foil school so you are fully prepared for flight once you get on the water. We then travel a few minutes by boat to find the most perfect conditions. Expect a speedy learning curve, it should see you on an extended period of flight very quickly. In one lesson everyone foils and many will easily stand and carve turns on the foil as well!

We have full changing facilities with toilets and a shower. We provide wetsuits, booties, impact vests and helmet. Feel free to bring your own kit if you have it.

Be warned, the feeling of foiling is incomparable and is very addictive. This is the on-ramp for all forms of foiling.

eFoil Improver £160 per person

Loved your efoil experience? Want to do more? Once you have done your first session with us you will be given a code to book the experience again but at a discounted price. This is a perfect step for those wanting to join our Freeride Club where members can rent our eFoils. Also great for those considering purchase. Want a whole day efoiling? Fly to Buy

This is a ½ day private session with a senior foil instructor aimed at those buying an eFoil.

You can arrive with any level of skill, or even with no experience at all. With lots of time on the water we can assess what combination of board and foil sizes are best suited. We can then handle the purchase process making sure you have all the tools to maximise your potential on these amazing machines! Having bought your efoil from us we offer ongoing support during your ownership.

We charge £395 for our undivided attention for a ½ day. This course represents a sensible investment for those about to buy an efoil from us however buy the efoil on the same day and we will refund the course price!

Freeride Club £95

Enjoy a 90 minute freeride session to hone your efoil skills or just enjoy a cruise with mates. Attend our teaching courses and once you are able to fly a large figure of eight course without touching down you can be signed off as a Freerider. On the session we help you launch and suggest an area to ride best suited for the day, other than that you are free to ride! Currently offered at 4pm on Fridays and 5:30 on Saturdays.  

Do I need to be a super-athlete?

No, all we need are people who can swim 25 m comfortably in open water and are happy for their head to go underwater when they fall. Moderate fitness to enable climbing back on a board multiple times and enough flexibilty to stand from kneeling.

Will I fall in?

If you don’t, you’re not trying!

If I like it can I buy an BenjaminFoil?

Yes, in fact you get a chunk of your lesson £’s back as a discount. We carry the UKs largest stock of Lift BenjaminFoils.

What kit do I need to bring?

You will just need a towel. We will provide the wetsuit, wetsuit boots, buoyancy aid and helmet. Shoulder seasons can be chilly so feel free to have a chat with us for a forecast and advice prior to arrival.

Can my kids learn?

Currently we are restricting general bookings to 14 year olds and up. If you have a younger child that is too young to join a group but has enough body weight to control the board and is experienced in the water, we are happy to discuss a bespoke 'family' session. Can I bring a spectator?

Due the nature of the way we teach it's not always possible to view the lesson.
